Because you are on a monthly retainer as a Shopify Site Care Plan client, you have the option to purchase discounted blocks of Shopify expert developer time at a 25% discount off of our normal hourly rate. The only “catch” is that you have one year from the date of purchase in which to use this block of discounted development time, after which these hours expire. Of course, you can also choose not to purchase a block of hours and just pay our normal hourly rate.
When purchasing our Shopify Site Care Plan, you are assigned a dedicated Shopify expert who becomes part of your team as your store’s Project Manager. All questions or development tasks will be funneled through your Shopify expert.
